 Shape Your Life is a health and wellness company that specializes in womens fitness. Shape Your Life Programs are designed to help women set and achieve their fitness goals. It specializes in personal one-on-one training, small group training, BootCamps, Interval classes, walk-to-run classes, running classes, corporate wellness, and weightloss challenges. Shape Your Life comes to you!! Sessions and Classes are held at your home, office, favorite park, beach, or local community spot. 

Shape Your Life was established in spring of 2010. Since then it has helped dozens of women within the community to achieve their fitness goals. Shape Your Life helps people to incorporate exercise and wellness into their hectic daily lives. It has and continues to help others achieve their goal weight, increase muscle mass, shed fat, get back their prebaby bodies, regain self confidence, regain a succesful work-life balance, compete and complete in 5k,10k, half marathon races, and incorporate a healthier diet. Shape Your Life PRODUCES RESULTS and FINDS the inner ATHLETE in EVERYONE.
